I think it'd be interesting to see what everyone's favorite Josh Holmes concert memory is.
I'm going to have to say mine is the giant hoe-down that spontaneously occurred at Columbia Street West in Fort Wayne at the end of the show. (Anyone remember that show? When we all drove through the freaking blizzard??) That was an awesome show...so full of energy.

Well here is my first official post -
There have been so many it is hard to name just one. So here are a few that come to mind...
The very first House of Blues - Kaz Bar Performance was amazing. So many people came out from all over to support and listen to Josh. That was the highest capacity of audience they ever had there. It was packed and the show was awesome.
I would have to also say "The Hoosier Fans Tour" too. So much work went into that tour and it went off beautifully. It was so much fun travelling all over Indiana and meeting fans of Josh. Everyone who went along on the tour was so much fun. It was a blast and worth all the work.
Of all the concerts I have seen, I would have to say the smaller more intimate ones tend to be my favorite. Everyone is there to hear Josh and it is fun listening to Josh tell stories about his music.
I have to agree that I am looking forward to the July 4th show...I might have to add it to my list..we will see...
Always, Lily

I must admit that my favorite moment yet was Josh's performance on the balcony of the Travelodge in Clearwater Beach, FL, a few weeks ago. It was very cool to see people out on the balconies of neighboring motels listening and singing to the music!

My favorite concert memory is driving to Iowa to perform on the BIGGEST Patio in central Iowa.
It rained.

I've only seen Josh once (so far) on TurkeyDay eve when he braved weather to come to Indy to open for Jennie DeVoe .... I was sittin behind the 'stage' area chattin w/Jennie & a few folx and we could tell she was chompin @ the bit to get up and cut loose when Josh started his MotownMedley. About 2 minutes in Jennie said that she'd just love to get up there with him to sing duet ... after a few minutes we convinced her to go on up and do it. I couldn't tell if he was shocked or flattered but he kept on pace, Jennie joined in and they ROCKED on 2 or 3 songs. A very coool duet.Take care all and Thnx fer da brew Bro.
peace, mitch

one of my favorite concert memories was when I saw Kenny Rogers at the star theater in Merrillville, IN. What a show. Seriously, one of my favorites was when I played in a band with Alex in highschool called Krooked Minds, and we won the battle of the bands in Highland, IN. That is the first time I felt like I did something good.

"co*kfish"
"Let me see your tootsie roll." - The Arab version.
"Are you just going to play our entire setlist?"
"Who the f**k are you?"
That's all I'm going to say.

I drove all the way up from Lexington, KY, to catch Josh at The Registry in Crown Point.
Because of my football schedule at UK, it was the only concert I really could catch in the whole calendar year.
Josh and his staff were amazing. They hooked up my buddies with new Table 4 One Cds and Josh made fun of me in a couple of songs.
I was on cloud nine, we all got FUBAR, and I don't even care the my pitting out in the after show picture would shame a sumo wrestler.
Thanks guys. There's a reason your fans are so loyal.
